Please complete the following form for the Nebraska Logistics Council's high school scholarship.

This scholarship will be awarded to a junior or senior at a Nebraska High School. A scholarship for $1,500 will be given to the best candidate(s) chosen by the council.

Applicants must be enrolled in, or planning to enroll, in a transportation, distribution, and logistics curriculum at a Nebraska institution of higher learning.

Please read all directions carefully and be as thorough as possible when completing this form and attachments.

ESSAY, RESUME & REGISTRATION

Please submit a brief essay with this form:

"Why should I be considered for a Nebraska Logistics Scholarship?"

Use examples of your personal strengths and characteristics as well as future career aspirations (100-200 words).

Please submit a resume, specifically listing employment history, school and community activities, honors and awards, and volunteer service, including any TDL industry-related activities and employment.
