Three states are combining forces for a powerful mission: A Safer Industry! This year, trucking leaders will gather in South Sioux City for the 2022 Tri-State Safety Summit presented by Iowa Motor Truck Association, the Nebraska Trucking Association and South Dakota Trucking Association. The event will attract safety managers, fleet owners, maintenance managers and other key leaders from all over the Midwest. Keynote and breakout speakers will cover safety culture, mental health, carrier enforcement, litigation strategies and more. Exhibitors will bring the latest in trucking technology, services and equipment. 

Fun, food and entertainment! Expect fine food from the Marriott Conference Center and a beautiful riverside view to boot. Thursday night, April 7, we'll have a reception, dinner and entertainment. We also hope to help Truckers Final Mile, an organization that reunites truck drivers and their family in times of crisis with travel, lodging and transportation.

It's time to re-balance the scales of justice with tactical training in litigation defense. As an add-on workshop to the Safety Summit, the NTA will bring Dr. Bill Kanasky to cover the Mongoose Method which seeks to acknowledge jurors' instinctive and emotional responses to gain better results. Kanasky, senior vice president of Courtroom Sciences Inc., will give you, and your team, tools to combat the "Reptile Theory" which plaintiffs' attorneys have used to punish the industry for years.
