School Enrollment Documentation *

To process your scholarship request, we need proof of school enrollment from an official at the school you are attending. Your scholarship request will be processed after proof has been provided. Please have the school email proof of enrollment to tracey@nebtrucking.com before the 28th of the month of application. Any emails received after the 28th will be delayed by 30 days.
