The failure of shippers to properly describe hazardous materials on shipping papers remains a frequently cited violation as part of HMR, Title 49, CFR Parts 100-185. We’ll review the regulations and discuss the proper procedures and descriptions to keep drivers, public and first responders knowledgeable and safe.
