Join the NTA & FMSCA for an informative Lunch and Learn session on the latest updates from the Nebraska Division on the National Roadway Safety Strategy (NRSS). This session will cover the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s (FMCSA) Nebraska Division Field Operations priorities, progress, and the integration of Midwest operational goals with national safety priorities.
The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) has committed to an ambitious vision: achieving zero roadway fatalities. Central to this mission is the Safe System Approach, a framework that drives the NRSS to reduce traffic fatalities and serious injuries. This session will outline U.S. DOT’s top priority actions and recent modifications to existing practices, aimed at addressing critical safety issues with impactful solutions.
